  • MATHS CURRICULUM DROP IN SESSIONS

    There will be Maths Curriculum drop in sessions  for parents every Wednesday afternoon from 2pm-3pm. These will look at the use of number lines across the Key Stages in Maths and will be led by Mr. Cusden. The first session will be on the 11th November.

     

    A letter is being sent home with children on Friday 6th November.

  • SCHOOL CELEBRATES

    School received a letter today from Minister of State Nick Gibb notifying us that our 95% children either reached or exceeded the pass mark in the Phonics check.  This means school is now in the top 5% of schools in the country.   

    A big congratulations and well done to all the children who participated.

  • SCRATCH CLUB

    KS2 Children have the opportunity to join Scratch Club, which will run every Friday from the 13th November 2015.

     

    Scratch is a programming language where you can create your own interactive stories, games and animations.

     

    If you would like your child to attend please get a slip from the School Office.

  • Halloween Disco

    Ready for some spooky fun this Halloween?  devil ​Then come along to the Halloween Fancy Dress Disco, Saturday 31st October, 3-5pm in the school hall. 

    There will be music, games, prizes and refreshments.  £1 entry per child.

    Parents/carers are required to remain with their child/ren.

  • APPOINTMENT OF PARENT GOVERNOR

    Following the recent elections, Mrs Maeve Gambrell has been appointed as one of our Parent Governors and she was introduced to other members of the Governing Body at last week's meeting.   I will be writing to parents after the half term holiday.

  • MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING

    FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 25TH 2015:   10.30AM 

    Don't forget to come along to our fundraising coffee morning in aid of Macmillan.   Year 6 are organising this and hope as many of you as possible will visit us.    We would also be grateful for any donations of cakes for this event.     Thank you.
