    School Council

Each class in Key Stage 1 and 2 has a class representative who acts on behalf of their classmates in discussing school issues with the headteacher and other members of staff. Pupils are elected to represent the views of all pupils and also to improve our school.

We meet regularly to share ideas and to help make decisions about how to

to make a difference in our school and in the community. Last term our School Councils were incremental in obtaining a grant towards our new and much improved library area. See photo below of Oswestry's Town Mayor, who officially opened our library this year, and where we were also joined by a surprise visit of the CEO of the Trust, Mr Mark Mountcastle.

    New Project

This term, we are hoping to secure a grant to convert the outdoor recreational area into a working classroom for the pupils. It is an exciting project, and we will keep you posted on how we get on.
