We use Arbor to help parents and carers stay connected with school life and access important information about their child in one place.

You can access your account through the Parent Portal in a web browser or download the Arbor Parent App to your phone. Both use the same login details.

Getting Started

For your first login, set up your account through the Parent Portal website before using the app.

1. Find your welcome email. Follow the setup link sent by school through Arbor. Check your junk or spam folder if needed.
2. Create your password. Follow the instructions in your browser and accept the terms of use.
3. Sign in. Use the email address registered with school and the password you have created.
4. Start using the app. Once setup is complete, you can sign in to the Arbor Parent App with the same details.

Making the Most of Arbor

Please check Arbor regularly and keep your contact details up to date so that we can stay in touch with you.

The information and options available in your account depend on the services enabled by school. We will explain when to use Arbor for particular bookings, payments or other arrangements.

Need a Helping Hand?

If you have forgotten your password, select the password reset option on the login screen and use the email address registered with school.

If you have not received your welcome email, cannot access your account or need to update your email address, please contact the school office. We will be happy to help.
