TIMINGS OF THE DAY:

  • 8:40 am                      School gate is opened and children complete their walk around the all-weather track.
  • 8.45 am                      Gate is closed and children are registered in class.
  • 8.55 am                      Assembly.
  • 9.20 am                      Start of Session 1
  • 10.10-10.25 am        EYFS/ KS1 Playtime
  • 10.30 10.45 am         KS2 Playtime
  • 10. 25 or 10.45 am   Start of Session 2
  • 12:00 noon                 Lunch Time
  • 12.45 pm                    Start of Session 3
  • 2:00 pm                      EYFS/ KS1 Playtime / KS2 Start of Session 4
  • 2:15 pm                      End of KS1 Playtime / EYFS/KS1 Start of Session 4
  • 3.10 pm                      School Gates open for home time
  • 3:15 pm                      End of School

NOTE: All class teachers supervise children onto the playground at the end of the day and ensure they leave with a parent/carer or agreed adult.  Pupils can only walk home independently if written or verbal consent is provided by parent/carer and the teacher is informed.

Collective Worship

Collective worship is an important part of school life and takes place every day, either through a whole-school assembly or within individual classrooms.

Each Friday at 9:00am, we gather in the main school hall for our Special Mention Assembly. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our pupils. Children are nominated for Class Star of the Week awards, and we recognise a range of personal successes, accomplishments, and positive contributions to school life.

As a faith community, we also celebrate Mass regularly throughout the year. Parents, carers, and family members are warmly invited to join us for these special occasions. Dates and times of upcoming Masses will be shared in our school calendar and newsletters.
